Our Practice

*Our Philosophy

Since 1988, our practice has focused on aesthetic plastic surgery. We have the empathy, patience, and quality pre and post-operative care necessary for the finest surgical results. We are able to see past the specific procedure to the individual as a whole and are then able to assist in enhancing a person’s appearance. We take great pride in our practice and do all we can to make your experience with us a pleasant one.

Linda Kranzke, Patient Care Coordinator

Linda has worked with Dr. Aycock for over 15 years. For the first six years, she worked closely with the doctor as the Practice Manager, and for the past nine years, she has focused primarily on patient care coordination. Patients call and ask for Linda. She is a kind, trusted and loyal member of the A team.
Linda feels our best patients are successful, motivated individuals who are interested in improving themselves. She says, “I love this kind of people, and we have a lot of them!” Linda also feels that our loyal patients return to Dr. Aycock because he consistently produces fabulous results. Outside of work, Linda practices yoga, takes spin classes, and enjoys spending time with her family.

Sandra Allen, RN, Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

When Sandra walked into our office for the first time, she casually asked Dr. Aycock if he had an opening  for a registered nurse. How could he say no to an impressive resume AND flawless skin?  The rest is history. She has been our lead aesthetic nurse specialist for 14 years, impeccably trained, highly skilled, and patients love to see her.  Her 10 year old daughter doesn’t see her as a fabulous nurse at all.  She describes her as a good house cleaner.

Sandra enjoys exercising, hiking, and biking with her husband and daughter who often entertain her with their talented piano playing skills.  Sandra does not play the piano, but she has a secret desire to become an expert bocci ball player.  (No, she’s never played!)

Mona RosasFront Office Administration

Mona is probably the first voice you will hear when you call our Practice. She has been part of the A Team for 9 years, originally hired as our “everything numbers person” and quickly showed her organizational skills by managing and coordinating the front office. Give Mona a challenge and she gets it done whether it is as our resident interior decorator, graphic arts for patient and internet communications or creating and revising Dr. Aycock’s power point presentations. Mona also acts as the Administrative Assistant to Dr. Aycock and coordinates everything from his speaking engagements and Preceptorships to his continuing education and credentialing. Mona and her 10 year old son have started running 5K races together and she just completed Bay to Breakers for the first time!

Ashley Nguyen, RN

Ashley is the newest addition to our amazing nursing staff.  She hails from New Jersey and we are pleased that she has decided to make California her new home.  She received her nursing degree at Seton Hall University and had a special affinity for the operating room.  In our practice, she does it all:  operating room, post-operative care, laser treatments and patient education.  She says the best part of her job is seeing patients walking out feeling happy and more confident in their own skin and knowing that she might have contributed to that feeling.

On her off time, you might see her working out at Orange Theory or a Boot Camp, and you won’t be the first one to mistake her for Winnie from the Wonder Years!
