Let’s face it: Most of us don’t have an endless amount of hours we can spare. So when it comes to scheduling your CoolSculpting sessions for non-invasive body contouring, you’ve got this one question on your mind: How long does CoolSculpting take?

Average Length of a CoolSculpting Session

The average length of a CoolSculpting session is about thirty- five minutes. During this time, patients can read a book, scroll through their favorite social media feeds, or even take a nap!

During your session, a CoolSculpting handle is applied to the treatment area. The handle simultaneously pulls the skin up closer to the handle while delivering freezing energy beneath the subdermal layers (where all those stubborn fat cells are clustered). The freezing energy works to crystallize the fat cells, causing them to leak and shrink.

Over time and with a recommended number of CoolSculpting sessions (usually about three to five), patients can see a significant reduction in body fat, as well as noticeable inch loss.

How Can I Speed Up My CoolSculpting Treatment?

If time is a factor in your life, you may see better results – and in less time! – with DualSculpting.

This innovative treatment uses the same CoolSculpting technology you’ve grown to love. However, rather than using just one CoolSculpting machine to target your fat, DualSculpting uses two CoolSculpting machines – and at the same time!

The idea behind DualSculpting is a simple one: By incorporating more CoolSculpting technologies in one treatment, patients can see results faster without going through as many sessions. DualSculpting can shorten your overall treatment time by a few sessions, meaning you can get several hours back in your schedule.

DualSculpting still takes thirty-five minutes to perform; however, you’ll see results sooner, meaning you won’t have to make as many follow-up appointments to get the body you’ve always wanted.

I finally had coolsculpting on my tummy and what a surprisingly easy treatment it was. Ashley the nurse was fantastic and she used the new hand piece that is smaller and faster. It was painless except for the 2-minute massage after the treatment but not bad at all. I’m a little sore today but this was easy-breezy and I can’t wait to see my results. I highly recommend it.
