Let’s face it: We live in an age where we need to be camera-ready at any instance. But if you have hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone, or anything else that’s preventing you from achieving that perfect complexion, selfies and social media may make you feel like you have to hide your face.

Hide no more: We’ve got the lowdown on how to improve skin tone and texture without downtime with Sciton’s Halo Laser.

Halo Laser for Improved Skin Tone and Texture

The Sciton Halo Laser is an innovative technology that combines both ablative and non-ablative lasers to produce a patient’s best skin ever. While one laser gently exfoliates the surface of the skin, another laser creates tiny channels within the dermis, thus accelerating collagen production and faster cellular turnover.

With just a few Halo Laser treatments, patients can see a significant improvement in skin tone and clarity, as well as a noticeable reduction in hyperpigmentation, rosacea, wrinkles and fine lines, and more.

Is There Any Downtime with the Halo Laser?

Busy people rejoice – there’s minimal downtime associated with Halo Laser treatments, so you can carry on with your normal routine after a couple days.

We do recommend that clients pay attention to how their skin feels within the first 24 to 48 hours after treatment. For example, some clients still feel a warming sensation on the skin, which may be uncomfortable if the skin is particularly sensitive. If that happens to you, we recommend using a cold compress (like a wet washcloth or icepack) to cool down the skin.

As with any facial treatment, you’ll want to be vigilant about wearing sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun’s harsh UV rays.

I had my first ever Halo treatment here a couple months ago. I never had laser before so I was really nervous. However, I felt confident after talking to Dr. Aycock and his wonderful staff. I haven’t told any of my friends that I had a treatment done but I get compliments all the time. I love the fact that I don’t have to cover up the sun spots on my face as much. I can’t wait to have another treatment! Thank you so much!
