What is a Hydrafacial®?
This popular treatment uses a handheld applicator that delivers a series of treatment steps. How Long Does a Hydrafacial® Last?
We recommend that you schedule your Hydrafacial® treatments to work with your skin’s natural cell turnover. Hydrafacial® brings healthy young skin cells to the surface, but these cells become dull and damaged over several weeks. Before your skin can start to look dull again, another Hydrafacial® will maintain your results. We recommend treatment every four weeks, as often as possible for best results.
How Does a Hydrafacial® Work?
Your clinical aesthetician will guide the handheld device over your face several times. Each time it performs another step of the Hydrafacial® process.
Cleanse
A gentle but intensive cleansing process works deep into your pores to leave skin refreshed and ready for treatment. This cleansing removes dirt and debris from your skin to prepare it for the next step.
Peel
A mild chemical peel containing glycolic and salicylic acids removes the outer layers of dull, lifeless skin cells. This light peel works deeply enough to brighten your skin and bring fresh, healthy cells to the surface.
Extract
Using a vacuum-like tip, the Hydrafacial® device suctions debris, dead skin cells, and excess oil out of your pores, leaving them tighter and smaller-looking. Skin looks clearer, and many people see a significant reduction in acne blemishes.
Infuse
A wide range of treatments can be used for the last step of a Hydrafacial® to customize your results and improve your skin. These include anti-aging, brightening, and hydrating formulas customized for your skin and treatment goals.
Is There Any Downtime With a Hydrafacial®?
You can return to your usual activities right after your Hydrafacial®. This treatment requires no downtime, and your skill will look brighter and healthier immediately. We recommend consistent use of sun protection to maintain your results.
Am I a Good Candidate for a Hydrafacial®?

I finally had coolsculpting on my tummy and what a surprisingly easy treatment it was. Ashley the nurse was fantastic and she used the new hand piece that is smaller and faster. It was painless except for the 2-minute massage after the treatment but not bad at all. I’m a little sore today but this was easy-breezy and I can’t wait to see my results. I highly recommend it.
