  • You may experience tightness or muscle aches in your chest, which will gradually wear off as the muscle stretches.

Hours After A Breast Augmentation Surgery

    • The soreness in your body will be significantly reduced.
    • Your plastic surgeon will wrap your breasts with a bra or elastic band to support your breast during recovery.
    • You can return home, but you’re not allowed to drive yourself home.

Breast Augmentation Consultations Available

A Week After A Breast Augmentation Surgery

  • You’ll experience pain and discomfort within the first five days.
  • Minor bleeding at incision sites may occur, but you should contact your surgeon if the bleeding becomes uncontrollable.
  • The pain will be minimal after seven days, and you can gradually return to light daily activities.

4-6 Weeks After A Breast Augmentation Surgery

  • You might still feel sore and experience swelling in certain parts of your body.
  • You can return to light physical activities, but you must avoid heavy lifting and intense physical activity.

2 Months After A Breast Augmentation Surgery

  • At this point, your body should be fully healed or on the verge of complete recovery.
  • You can resume normal activities after consulting with your doctor.

As you can see, the entire recovery period takes about six weeks, but there are many ways to enjoy your time off. You will only need to take one or two weeks from work or your regular lifestyle routine.

They made everything about the visit feel comfortable. From the minute I walked in the door the lady at the front desk greeted me with nothing but kindness . Linda then took me back and although I was nervous to remove my clothes she made the whole situation comfortable and as unawkward as possible . Dr. Aycock is very professional and answered every question I had with honestly and patients . Although I am young I appreciated that they didn’t speak down to me as if I was not able to afford something as expensive as a breast augmentation. All the staff treated me as if I was anyone else . I look forward to getting my procedure done with dr. Aycock and I most definitely will be recommending him if any of my friends or family are in need of a plastic surgeon! 10/10 for sure !
